DUE DATE FOR HOMEWORK # 2, all classes 6th, 7th and 8th February 5th, the same day you have your first quiz. Quiz is about greetings, farewells and introductions.
ALL CLASSES... REMEMBER NO LATE HOMEWORK. CLASS POLICY...!!!!
Instructions:
1. Watch the videos at home as many times as possible
2. Take notes of phrases/words, that identify how to greet, say goodbye and introduce someone to somebody. Example:Greetings: Hola, Buenos dias, Como estas? and so on. Write at least 4 from each video,unless they are repeated and add new vocabulary learnt.
3. If possible, Find someone at home you can practice with, teach him/her (you will share in class how you taught that person the vocabulary, if you could) (If you CAN, it is not Obligatory, record a conversation with that person(to be shared in class) (If you use your phone, or a camera or iPad, we will transfer it to a flash drive to share it in class) If you don't have someone to teach, skip this step.
4. Write your own conversation greeting someone, introducing yourself, and introducing someone else and saying goodbyes. Add also, where are you from?, how old are you? and where do you live? Do not repeat vocabulary when it comes to greetings, or farewell, or replying to an introduction. This conversation or dialogue, can be done using pictures or drawing as well if you want to draw.
Work neat and organized. If you need blank or color paper, remember to ask in class.
Remember practice makes perfect, but you have to practice the right way to get it perfect.
